AI: my summer helper or my summer's biggest distraction?

📅 niedz. 13 września 2026 · 🕘 10:30–12:30 Meetupy Bezpłatne

New format - picnic edition, back from break! Same park, same deal - bring food, drinks, good mood, we'll talk it out under the trees. This one's personal, not theoretical. Most of us had AI open a browser tab at some point this summer - asking "what's this dish called" in a foreign menu, or building a three-day itinerary in ten minutes. A recent report found 63% of travelers who try AI for trip planning end up relying on it for most or every trip after - yet over a third still won't use it at all, with human judgment still winning the real decisions. Then there's the other half of summer - trying to get away from screens entirely. As one tourism piece put it: in a world of AI itineraries and always-on devices, the real luxury in 2026 is simply space to think, read, and be. Questions we will cover: What's the best (or worst) thing AI did for you this summer - trip planning, translation, packing lists etc? Did AI make disconnecting easier, or harder - did you end up checking it "just once" more than you meant to? Would you trust an AI itinerary over a friend's recommendation? What about over a travel agent's? Any moment where AI got it completely wrong and you had to improvise? Now…

„Piknik AI? Tego chyba jeszcze nie było. Spotkanie raczej bardzo casual, ale czy wszystkie spotkania muszą być w klimatyzowanym salach?”
